Recipe card art
Home cooks, small cafés and food bloggers can use Raphael AI (free AI image generator, https://raphael.app) to draft recipe-card illustrations and menu backgrounds. This repo keeps the prompts that gave appetising, honest-looking results.
Two styles that work
Watercolour card

Overhead photo look

Tips
- Name the dish and two visible ingredients; the model needs anchors.
- Say “steam rising” only for hot dishes — it is a strong cue and easy to overuse.
- Avoid “delicious” and “tasty”; describe texture instead (crispy edges, glossy sauce).
- Keep the plate simple; patterned crockery competes with the food.
For menus
Generate a background texture (flour-dusted board, chalkboard, kraft paper) in Raphael AI and set your menu text on top in a layout tool. Never rely on generated lettering for prices.
